Mean Ol' Mr. Gravity - Mark Rippetoe Having now read each of his books, I'm of the opinion that anyone who is even remotely interested in personal fitness should read Mark Rippetoe. If there is a revolution going on in the fitness world (and there seems to be), it can surely be said that Mr. Rippetoe is at the forefront of it.

After reading his work, you can make your own decision about how to proceed, but you owe it to yourself to understand the information he provides and why it matters.
